For payments, funds are routed via SuperStuff to the selected candidate for project-based work as per contract terms. In the case of full-time roles, where the candidate is on the company's payroll, compensation is handled directly by the company. In either case, required contracts and paperwork are put in place to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
